arcGIS mapping in Power BI

Question

I am using arcGIS to build geography maps for a sales organization. I get a message indicating some data is not recognized, but I have no idea how to go find/fix the data. The msg shows up at the bottom of the map and says "Failed to locate 20 features" Would appreciate help on where to go to identify the 20 features it could not locate.
