applying measure filter to card Visual

I have a measure that I need to filter by in this card but here it seems as disabled, any help on how to fix this?

What level are you trying to apply the filter to? Measure filters can only be done on individual visuals, not at the page or report level

The only other thing I can think of is to check the type of the measure. It must be numeric to be able to be used as a filter, not text.

here it is not text BTW it works with all other visuals only I have the error when apply it to Card Visual.

It looks like this might be a "feature". It doesn't seem to be possible to use a measure to filter a visual which only contains another measure, I've just tried it with both card visuals and table visuals.
