applying a condition on a column without creating a new condition column.

hello i'm debutant on power bi
I have a problem with applying a condition on a column without creating a new condition column.

 

something like that apply this function on the city(ville) column directly : 

 

(please write months the steps) i am debutant

    Anonymous after you added new custom column, why not remove the 1st column and then rename the 2nd column in following steps.

      I have more than 150 city if I want to apply this function must enter each time the name of the city? Do you have a solution for me?

        Anonymous not sure what you mean 150 cities, if it is rows then no problem or it is 150 columns?
