antivirus blocking my PowerBI

Hi Guys

 

The antivirus it's blocking my powerBI desktop with the error "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc00000e5), click ok to close the application" I already added the folder C:\Program Files\Microsoft Power BI Desktop\ but it still not working just works when I disable the antivirus. Can someone let me know what folders, files and process should I add at the exception list?

    Hi Rafael1,

     

    What antivirus did you use? Can you see an application list that has been blocked by this third-party software? Could you remove the Power BI relative application form that list?

      Hi Yuliana

       

      Thank's for replying, I'm using Bitdefender and i've looked before to see what was being blocked but the antivirus didn't catch anything.

        Hi Rafael1,

         

        Please uninstall the current Power BI desktop completely and install the latest release for a test.
