"Create a dynamic value that updates with your data" in the Text box no longer works

I used to have the ability to select a suggested value in the "How would you calculate this value" field in the Text box - Create a dynamic value that updates with your data. 

I could even type a table value like the one below (which previously worked for me). This no longer works for me.  

Did something change with a recent Desktop version update? Is there some Options setting that I need to check?

I am using this version: 2.124.1052.0 64-bit (December 2023)
