all queries request when editing one query

jitpbi you can add a paramter wiht yes/no and in desktop keep it "No" and in this case only process one URL for development, once you are happy publish the report to Power Bi service and under Power BI dataset change the value of this parameter to "Yes" and once it is refreshed in Power BI service, based on the logic all the URLs will refresh.
