all excepst doesnt work

 

i want to present the min local_start_time for each date and site

    I tested it , and it is successful. so I'm not sure about the structure of your table(dimDate\dimSite\factCycleTable‘s ralationship) 

    could you share me more image about you table or a simple .pbix after removing sesentive information?
