adnotation in one table to another measure

Hi!

I have my table in excel (NR.1) 

It is possible to write measure which will change my from table (NR1.) to table (NR.2) in pbi

@hylosko , KOD(s) is measure , then you need create a calculation group and append then name with meausre

if they are dimension values then have measure like

[percent measure] & " " max(Table[KOD] )

I think that logic will be the most important 

In that logic  we show in first month when vehicle was produced always values from C1, in second month after production values from C2 and in third month values from C3
