You can do it by using below code:-

AverageApplicationsPerDay =
VAR result =
    AVERAGEX (
        VALUES ( 'Task Requested Date'[Date] ),
        'DFP Applications'[Application Review Count]
    )
RETURN
    "Average Applications Per Day - " & ROUND ( result, 2 )
