adding a dataset of OData web service url of NAV from power bi online ?

I am trying to add a dataset from poewr bi online using add data source option. I am entering the url of web service. that url is working fine, i have tested that.

Authentication type is basic, then i am supplying username and password.

but it is giving me this error:

Unable to connect: We encountered an error while trying to connect to https://abcxyz.financials.dynamics.com:1234/MS/ODataV4/Company('CRONUS%20Canada')/ItemList?

why I am facing this error ? Any idea? 

Actually I am planning to create a dataset on power bi online and then I will assign this data source to some dashboard, so that I don't need to use power bi desktop.

As the error message indicated:

The gateway is either offline or could not be reached.

You need to install either Personal or On-premise Gateway on the machine where hosts NAV. Make sure it's started and you have sign-in with your Power BI Account.

this OData web service is from dynamics NAV, that is hosted on cloud. I can't install gateway there.
