add image/video buttons do not work

I have Chrome and cannot upload images/videos to help with my questions   Been having the issue past week or so.   Tried clearing cache, restarting, clearing history --> nothing works.   Tried ...

My Chrome has the same issue, and been having the issue past week or so too.

but IE and Firefox browser work well.

So as a suggestion, you could try to use Firefox browser and it should work well.
