The popup you see is startup pop up will go, once add something.
delete that image and check if comes back again

In order to add image to the background, you click anywhere on the report page, on the right hand side, under visualisation, you`ll see the paint roller icon where you can change all the settings of the report page.
Under page background, you`ll see this image added as a background!
