actual vs plan

Question

Hello , could anyone help me please, I'm new in this power BI

I want to compare between Actul with plan so like this :

Ajeck , I have done some changes. The problem is that the Month is plans do not have a year. Prefer to convert into a month start date to make it work

Ajeck , I created a common table
Sales Code = DISTINCT(UNION(ALL(Plan[Salesman code]),ALL(Sales[Salesman code])))
&nbsp;
and joined with both tables
And a measure
Ach = DIVIDE(Sum(Sales[AMOUNT]),sum(Plan[Plan]))
&nbsp;
But the problem is plantable have month name, not a date
