Power BI: Pricing Plan | Microsoft Power Platform

I have a few questions :

1. The price of Power BI Embedded A1-A8 and the corresponding functions of each price segment are suggested to be displayed in the form of link or table summary, unit $.

2. After Power BI Embedded is purchased, how to use it? Can you send the use steps and procedures? Is there any technical requirement for front-end writing javaScript? What does the overall interface look like when you embed a report into your app?

3. Where is the Power BI Premium license on the original pricing page? Which one corresponds to the original power bi premium, Fabric Capacity Reservation or Fabric Capacity Pay-As-You-Go? What's the difference between this two?

4. What are the prices of EM1-EM3,P1-P5 of power bi premium and the corresponding functions of each price segment?

5. If I have purchased power bi premium, and there are 5 employees in my organization who need to develop and create reports before publishing them to power bi service, do I need to purchase another 5 Pro or PPU licenses?

6. If a user has purchased a PPU, and another Pro colleague wants to see the report content of the PPU user's workspace, or the PPU user shares the report link with the Pro user, does the Pro colleague need to upgrade to the PPU license to see the PPU user's report? Or does this Pro user not need to upgrade to view it now?

Hi @Meng - Thanks for the language conversion, please find the below details:

Power BI Embedded pricing varies based on the selected node (A1-A8). The prices are:

  • A1 (1 core, 3 GB RAM): $1.008/hour
  • A2 (2 cores, 5 GB RAM): $2.008/hour
  • A3 (4 cores, 10 GB RAM): $4.024/hour
  • A4 (8 cores, 25 GB RAM): $8.056/hour
  • A5 (16 cores, 50 GB RAM): $16.121/hour
  • A6 (32 cores, 100 GB RAM): $32.251/hour

Higher-tier nodes like A7 and A8 (up to 64 and 128 cores) are designed for intensive workloads. Each tier provides additional capacity, memory, and scalability for embedding interactive reports and dashboards into applications.

After purchasing Power BI Embedded:

  1. Set Up Azure Resource: Create a Power BI Embedded capacity in your Azure subscription.
  2. Embed Reports: Use Power BI APIs to embed reports into your app. You'll need front-end JavaScript coding experience.
  3. Authentication: Implement authentication mechanisms (e.g., Azure AD).
