Zoom in Shape Map visual

I have a zoom problem for the visual shape map.

Basically my map is really tiny (picyure 1). When I zoom in, there are streaks coming out (photo 2).
When I change the page the map becomes tiny again. Can someone tell me how to increase the scale of the map or how to freeze it after you zoom in?

    Your polygons have issues. Use MapShaper.Org to correct the overlaps and gaps in the TopoJSON definitions.

      But, I don't find how to change the TopoJSON definition.

      Please can you advise me?

        Load the file into mapshaper.org. And fix the errors it will mention.

      no overlaps? no gaps? Zoom in all the way to check the borders.

        There is no overlaps or gaps.

        My be it's the dimesion of my map. So, I'm looking for how to freeze the map after zoom in it because when I change in another page and return to the map, It's go back tiny.
