Zendesk Data import is very SLOW

Hi Community,

I'm trying to load data from Zendesk but have an issue with loading data as its very very slow!!!

I tried Zendesk.pbit, its a bit faster but only loads some data and I need to bring a historic data across and its not even much the total is only unde 135,000 rows but its taking ages to load directly using Zendesk beta connector available in Power BI.

So if anyone found a workaround please share your knowledge =D

Thanks for the response but it has nothing to do with my actual issue!!!

The best practices will not be able to resolve Zendesk connector issue!!!
