Zebra BI Bar charts | Help with Setting Consistent Y-Axis Range

Hello Power BI Community,

I’m currently working on a Power BI report with two Zebra BI visuals, both on the same page. I’ve attached a screenshot of the report to help illustrate the issue.

Problem Description:

In the visuals, the Y-axis is auto-scaled, which is causing inconsistencies in the comparison of values. Here are the values for each of the categories:

• Type A:

  • Old: 12.4
  • New: 13.0

• Type B:

  • Old: 37.3
  • New: 39.1

The issue is that the charts auto-scale, making it difficult for users to accurately compare the "Old" and "New" values across the categories. I would like to set the maximum Y-axis value to 39.1 (the maximum value from the data), or ideally 43.0 (110% of the max value) to provide extra space and make the comparison more obvious.

Desired Outcome:

• I want to ensure that both charts have the same Y-axis scale.
• The Y-axis should reflect the actual maximum value of the data (or a slightly higher value) so that the bars are not distorted by auto-scaling.
• The goal is to provide a clearer visual difference between the "Old" and "New" values.

Request:

• Can this be done within the Zebra BI visuals? If yes, could someone kindly share how to adjust the Y-axis range in Zebra BI?
• Alternatively, if a native Power BI bar chart might be a better solution, could you provide a step-by-step guide for setting the Y-axis to a fixed range in Power BI?
