Youtube Analytics connector - Expression error: access to the resource is forbidden

Hi there,

 

I have create a project under my organisational google acount and enabled the Youtube Analytics API and Youtube data APIs.

 

I have create OAuth authentication and combined it withe Youtube Analytics.mez file ffrom GIT hub. However, the google account has multiple Brand accounts and i need to connect to the Youtube Brandaccount which is not the primary Google account. 

 

Once the connector is built and i try and access from Power BI, it shows Channels, Countries and Videos table in the preview but when i load them i am unable to load the videos Table as it gives an error : Expression error. Access to the resource is forbidden?

 

Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated. I am not sure what i am missing here.

 

I have also follwed the below steps to ensure Youtube API is accessible to brand accounts.

    You can refer to the article Power BI Custom Connector: Youtube Analytics.

     

    If you still have this issue for Power BI, you'd better create a support ticket in Power BI Support , Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET", to get further help.

      Thanks for Your support Amy, appreciate it. 

      I followed the steps and have access to my organisations Youtube channel. it is also showing the details in preview seciton however when i try to laod the Videos table, it gives me the below error:

      OLE DB or ODBC error: Exception of type 'Microsoft.Mashup.Engine.Interface.ResourceAccessForbiddenException' was thrown..

       

      and subsequent tries gives me Access to the resource is forbidden.

       

      Please cna you throw some light on this issue. Also i wasnt able to create a support ticket, please can You provide me the link for the same.

    I also got similar exception. Were you able to sove it. Please help.
