YoY with Date Table

Hello,

I'm sure this is might be a simple thing but I can't seem to figure it out.

Looking to get the YoY change of number that can be displayed for different grouping (Region & Client Type). I have a date table so it's not easy as using the quick measure creation.

Region	2021	2022	YoY #	YoY %
ASIA	50000	75000
Consulting	25000	30000
Corporate	20000	18000
Institutional	5000	27000

Total - Product #1

Region	2021	2022	YoY #	YoY %
ASIA	5000	7500
Consulting	2500	3000
Corporate	2000	1800
Institutional	500	270

Total - Product #2

Region	2021	2022	YoY #	YoY %
ASIA	45000	75000

Is that a matrix visual you provided? Then there is a drill down hierarchy, which is region & client type, right?

For example,

If possible, please provide the initial sample data and expected results.
