You can achieve the desired result with many methods, one of them visual calculation :The formula :
Versus previous = if (SELECTEDVALUE([Year])<>CALCULATE(MIN([Year]),ALLSELECTED([Year])),DIVIDE([Sum of Net Customers] ,PREVIOUS([Sum of Net Customers]))-1,blank())percentage formatting :
