I have the "usual problem" (at least according to the number of queries related to this)...
I have a postgresql on Azure data source..
I can connect to it without issue via MS Access. I can connect to it using PGAdmin etc... I can see it in the Azure Portal etc....
However when I feed the info into Power Bi, I get the certificate error (like many others).
There are a number of AWS related answers, however given that this is on Azure and Access can get connected using the credentials provided in the driver (as I am not adding credentials in Access itself at all), why is Power Bi struggling to make the connection?
Any idea about how to get Power Bi to work as it appears to be the only thing that wont connect to the data tables...

Check the cmd given to be run on the PostgreSQL server.
I ended up installing a postgresql driver into windows and then connected to the postgreSQL on Azure, via ODBC instead. This works, though it still seems odd that the out of the box connector is unable to be made to work.
