Hate to post this since there are so many topics on it already but...I am out of time to solve it. Tons of Google links reviewed, etc. (Almost all mention the global permissions clearing.)
Trying to get myself a backup developer for my role and cannot get past authentication for access to a sharepoint list to refresh a report.
Have verified they have Full control of the list and even SharePoint site ownership level.
They can access all aspects of the site including said list directly. Their permissions match my own.
We have done the clear global permissions multiple times to no effect.
We have verified the default browser check box is selected and said browser is being used (Chrome).
We have changed the way user accesses the network. (Different VPN options, including matching my own and they can access other network resources.)
Cannot change to OData connection on this one and shouldn't need it as I and my predecessor are able to utilize the existing connection.
Any other odd things to try?
