Year to year comparison

Hi I am very new to power bi. I want to compare previous 3 years sales to this year sales. I am in live connection so cannot use calculated columns or tables. Can someone please post the formula along with visuals that I should implement. Thanks

    HI NISH72 ,

    Could you please share some sample data and expected result to us for analysis? 

    Generally, we can use the calculate() and dataad() function the get the data of three years ago.
