Year on year change for all the months in custom calendar

I have a 445 calendar.

Iam trying to show the growth from previous year for each month.

The issue i'am facing is :  When i show the growth for the current month what happens is that the system pics up the entire data for this month from previous year. Whereas i want it to take the data only till current date(which can be any date lying in the current month) so that i can show the growth for the current month at any date.

Also i have to show all the months simultaneously so i can't give a date filter for the current date.

Since it's a custom calendar,hence i can't use the usual functions like Sameperiodlastyear,Dateadd,etc

Please help.
