Year disappears after adding another value to the table visual

Hi everyone,

So I have my date table and a fact table with an active relationship.

I choose a visual, add Year to it and it shows the years:

But as soon as I add another value from the Fact table, Unit Cost specifically, the Year disappears as you can see below:

I cannot seem to figure out what's the issue at hand....
