YTD calculations compute wrong totals. (formula from enterprise DNA)

How can i compute the totals for LY correctly? and is there a way to avoid using a page filter on "dates in this year"?
The first formula is copied from Enterprise DNA and seems to be working as intended, but i tried to do the last year by myself, which failed 😕

YTD Revenue =

VAR LastSalesDate = MAXX ( ALL( 'Master Table'[Posting Date]), 'Master Table'[Posting Date])

VAR YTDSales = TOTALYTD(SUM('Master Table'[Revenue (DKK)]),'Dim Date'[Date])
