YTD, QTD, MTD
Hello,
I have a messure
Fees = sumx(filter('FeeTable','FeeTable'[Type]="Personal"),'FeeTable'[Ammt]) /-10
Then I have a Date Table
Has Fiscal Year (Date Data Type) like , Fiscal QTR Num (Whole Number Data Type), Fiscal Monnth (Whole Number Data Type)
2018
2017
2016
Both tables are connected via Month_ID (Which is a text field).
How do I find YTD, QTD, MTD data?
Apprecite your help.
Hi irehman,
DAX has built-in function TOTALQTD, TOTALMTD, TOTALYTD to calculate QTD, MTD, YTD, please refer to: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/query-bi/dax/time-intelligence-functions-dax. For more details about when to use these functions and how to use these functions, please refer to: https://www.mssqltips.com/sqlservertip/4841/calculating-mtd-qtd-ytd-running-and-cumulative-total-in-power-bi/.
