YTD Data

Question

I am currenty brining in monthly EOM snapshots of data into power bi. I want to get to a promotion rate and would like to caputer anyone who was coded to a specific level for all of 2021. So, in January you were coded as M1 but now you are coded as M3, I still want to pull that into my denominator.

any ideas how i can do this? below is my meausre and I bolded out where i am struggling. Its because i am taking the last day of the month LASTDATE('Snapshots'[Data As Of]), but i want to take all month end for the year. any ideas?
