Xml file cannot be loaded/connected

Hi,

I would like to attach data contained in an xml file in PowerBI. The file is available here:
https://isoh.mzp.cz/RegistrZarizeni/Main/OfflineData

PowerBI takes a very long time to "read" the file and in the final without success. I am unable to open the file even in Excel. Probably the file is too big? I would like to ask what can be done about it? Where could there be a problem yet
