XIIR since inception to diferente dates
Hi,
I've a database with similar to this:
And I'm trying to generate a measure to visualize the XIIR evolution to each unrealized cashflow. That means I need the XIRR formula only considerer the last NAV until the date I'm consulting that time. Aditionally I'll like to been able to simulate the XIRR of a portfolio if I had those funds, whichs implies I need tu sum the last NAV in that case.
Can enyone help me?
