X axis sort with data

Hello Team,

I have column chart where start time, end time , Shift is X axis. But while showing in visualization , Shift is not showing in order. I tried to sort but couldn't. Can you help us?

"I need sort General shift followed by Third"

  1. Add a Custom Sort Column:

    • In your data table, create a new column named something like "Shift Order."
    • Assign the value 1 to "General" shifts and 2 to "Third" shifts.
Start Time End Time Shift Shift Order
    08:0016:00General shift1
    16:0000:00Third shift2
  2. Sort Your Data:

    • Go to your column chart settings.
    • Find the sorting options.
    • Sort by "Shift Order" instead of the "Shift" label.

This should arrange your shifts in the desired order, with "General shift" appearing first, followed by "Third shift."

Hi @Suresh604

I have added one more column ShiftOrder. You mean that, we need to add this Shiftorder in the X axis of bar graph? Also, may I know, where is the column sorting option?

Hi @Karthik12
You have to add a sorting column for Time key to your data table .
