X-axis formatting for any bar chart

I have the following:

But I want to sort it By year .. Q1 - 2019 then Q2 2018 .. Q3 2018 and so on .. Is there a way it can be done?

If I understand your requirement correctly that you want to sort the X-axis in any chart?

If it is, I think you could create an index column firstly and then sort the Q1 - 2019  column by the index column so that you could achieve  your desired output.
