Wrong totals

Hi guys

 

I have this 

Goal_Max = MAX(ocb_global_misses_master_pkg[goal])
Goal_measure = SUMX(VALUES(ocb_global_misses_master_pkg[goal]),[Goal_Max])
 
but when I introduce this measure in a table, the total is wrong, Please help me
