Wrong data integrated
Thank you Rajendraongole1. I have double-checked my connects and they are accurate. I am waiting to hear back from Plex to see if I was provided with the correct information as I don't know what else it would be.
Hi NewTechGirl -It sounds like you've covered all the major troubleshooting steps, so waiting on Plex support is a good move at this point. If the connection details are correct and the expected tables aren’t coming through.
In the meantime, if you have access to a Plex sandbox or documentation, you might look for options that specify dataset names, schemas, or connection parameters specific to your organization’s environment. Plex support should ideally provide clarity on any access configuration needed for your datasets.
