I have what i hope is a basic question on SLA reporting with the Matrix visual and any advice/help would be appreciated
My Incidents have many stages i.e.
Create Date
Respond Date
Restore Date
Closed date
I need to display the total number of Incident tickets in a stage at the Incident Close Date, which is when the contracted SLA kicks in. i.e. What SLA Metrics were met for Incidents Closed in September. (Respond and Restore)
Examples below, the Matrix shows the Respond Date (August) but i need it to show in the Closed Field (September), and another Respond Date (July) but i need it to show in the Closed Field (August)

Hi @Anonymous ,
If you don't have calendar table, then use Closed date in matrix.
If you are using calendar date in matrix, you will need a relationship between calendar date and Closed date.
Best Regards,
Jay
