Wrong data displaying in a Matrix
I have what i hope is a basic question on SLA reporting with the Matrix visual and any advice/help would be appreciated My Incidents have many stages i.e. Create Date Respond Date Restore Dat...

If you don't have calendar table, then use Closed date in matrix.
If you are using calendar date in matrix, you will need a relationship between calendar date and Closed date.

Thank you, I do have a Calender Table but had relationship set to Create Date
