Wrong Matrix Total values

The matrix table is giving wrong calculations for the sub-category. I'm trying to get the remaining budget, but it's giving me the total remaining budget values instead. Can anyone help me?

Variance = var test =  SUMX('calculate',[Planned Budget]) - SUMX('calculate','calculate'[Actual Budget])return IF(ISBLANK(test),0,test)

What about using SUM only, not SUMX ?
