Hi Yazrak 

The link you shared to us cannot be opened , because we don't have access to view it . 

As for your dublicated data, does it display properly in Desktop ? From the information you have provided so far, we are unable to determine the cause of the problem . Can you provide a sample to help us better deal with the problem?

Hi Alisa,regarding the issue it self it's withen SLB system the data got dublicated and 1 of them is showing in our system and the other one dose't, but the overall perforemece dropped due that error.

 

So my qustion is, can you delete the dublicated information showing in the table above so it will show the correct KPI?
