Write back using a power app time

Hello

I am looking at using a power app to write back to Power Bi, so people can add comments to records. (Using SharePoint probably)

Is there a way for this to be instantly shown when someone enters it, or does it have to wait for a full refresh?

Hi  @Pricey79 ,

Based on my previous testing and experience, you can try to use the PowerApps visual in PBI desktop to manually develop a page in PowerApps to embed into the Power BI report to manually enter notes in the PBI report and add them to the data model fields of the PBI dataset. However, for this method, you need to refresh the dataset after inputting, because the data source is connected to the cloud SharePoint data source through import mode, and there is no way to achieve real-time linking.
