Write back in Power BI
Hello,
I've 3000+ rows so i need to choose the period and pass the comments based on sequence number
I am begineer in Power BI and let me know easy way to write back comments in Comments column, some Youtube are lenthy process.
table example
S.No Desc1 Desc2 Desc3 Desc4 Desc5 Desc6 Desc7 Desc8 Desc9 Desc10
1 Banana
2 Apple
3 Orange

Hello! Power BI does not natively have write-back capabilities. To have write-back you could use Power Apps or a tool such as Power-On.

Power BI is read-only by default. You can't directly write back to a data source (like Excel or SQL) from visuals. The easier way would be to create and use Excel/SharePoint List as a Comment Table so that your users can add/edit the Comment column from the new table. This would be a simpler approach than working with Power Apps embedded in Power BI and Dataverse as the backend.
