Write back Powerapps and Power BI

Dear All, hope you are doing well.

I have developed the following report and app with the right back to the data source  which is excel (saved in one drive). The issue I am getting is that sometimes the lines item gets updated but other case it does not. See below:

When I select a line form the table the apps need to retrieve the data from data specific row. The fields that need to be updated are Decrement, Adjusment and Comments. But when I click submit sometimes the data is transmitted to the source file but not all the time.

Appreciate any support on the topic.
