Would like to Azure SQL db read replicas using sql connector, but doesnt seems to work.

Hello,

So we are trying to connect to Azure sql read replicas using the setting MultiSubnet True  in sql connector ie. by enabling" Enable sql server fail over support".

But this doesnt seem to resolve.

using SQL Connector could some one please guide if this is the right approach to connect to a read replica ?

And also point to a link that eloborates on the description and the properties of the MultiSubnet option in the connector and other properties please.

Thanks @v-rzhou-msft . I am looking for more information on how to connect to read only replicas that Azure database has within. Not the ones which are externally created. Also if there is a way we can point our connections to query only from those read replicas ,Could you pleae guide me to connect to the same. Below is the document about the one i am referring to.

Hi @Sharingiswonder ,

I think you may refer to this video to learn more details.

As far as I know, Power BI has specific connector for Azure SQL Database. I suggest you to try to connect to Azure SQL by it.
