Hi All,
Our organisation brought Premium license for Power Bi.
I have Pro license and my collegue has free license only.
I created a report in a workspace (not my workspace) and shared the report to my collegue. When she open the report from shared with me tab, she gets an error as attached. Can anyone advice why? Does she need Pro license too? What should I do to get it fixed?
Regards!

Hi All,
The issue is fixed.
Viewer doesn't need pro license. I moved the report to premium capacity and report viewer able to see the data now without any pro license, before I missed to add my workspace into premium capacity.
Regards!
Hi @Sajna_M,
Yes you friend needs a pro-license to view the shared report. Without the pro-license you cannot view the shared report
To get it fixed, assign Pro license to your friend
