Workspace not showing up when creating a Dataflow
I created a workspace on Power BI Service, but when I go to create a Dataflow in Power BI Desktop, there are no workspaces to select from. I am logged into the same account on both desktop and servic...
It is a gen1 dataflow. I was able to get it to show up by creating it in Power BI Service rather than Desktop!

Is this a Gen2 dataflow? If so that is probably the problem - only Gen1 dataflow are availalbe in the desktop. Therefore, you have to recreate that dataflow as Gen1. OR, I believe that if the worksapce it Lakehouse only in Fabric then it won't appear in desktop either.
