Workspace Access for On Prem AD Distribution Group
Hi,
We have a security group within On prem AD and it is synched with Azure AD. I can find that group from Power BI workspace access menu. I granted workspace access to that group and members of that group was not able access. But if take a member of that group and assign permission using his email address, then he was able to access the report within workspace.
Is there any limitation on which type of groups can be used to set permission in Power BI workspace ? I have seen a ablog post , but couldn't locate microsoft document related to this.

What is the message pops up saying you cannot access? And check the dataset permission. Also, there could be some delays for the permission to be activated, wait a bit see if works.
