Working out % done in an epic

Hi All,

Brand new to PowerBI, less than 3 weeks working with it.

I've created a matrix for my initiatives, epics, stories and sub-tasks and now I want to show % of done for the initiatives and epics, based on the stories, only epics or stories marked as done add to the %, not interested in in progress or new, they are just a % slice of the total done.

So, say my initiative has 5 epics so as each epic is marked as done, 20% of the work is done, and say my epics have 10 stories so each one marked as done would be 10%.

Any ideas, as to how to show this in a matrix?

Thanks,

JeffT

@Anonymous ,
Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.

We can use % of total and % of sub total ,with isinscope

Percent of SubTotal or Total: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6jTildcV2ho&list=PLPaNVDMhUXGaaqV92SBD5X2hk3TMNlHhb&index=37

This maybe even the wrong way to display the data, but it is what i have so far.

At the RMPM level i want to show the % of epics marked as done, which is of course based off the status of the epics.

At the epic level i want to show the % of stories / tasks, based on of course the % of being marked done.
