Working out 5% of certain transactions.

I have a list of data containing certain registration numbers, which need i need to see 5% of the transaction price. The list of data i have contains all registration numbers, so i need to put in DAX formulae to just work out the 5% for only the certain registration numbers, not all of them. 

Is there an easy way of laying this out?
