Working on it - when switching Dataset

Hi,   How would I know if there is an issue with the Power BI service, whenever I change to a different Data Set I get the message  Working on it  and it then hangs for ages, there is then no Can...

Hi, AvPowerBI 

According to your screenshot picture, I guess that the root cause of this problem is that you don’t have access to this dataset.

I suggest you sign in power bi service using your current account, and try to find the dataset you were connecting to, and create a report using this dataset.

If it failed, you can contact the dataset owner to check if he has selected the option below:

 

Please note :

Only users with Build permission for a dataset can connect to a published dataset using the Power BI service live connection.
