Hi. It is a bit more tricky than that because you need the % to be calculated for each people in order to count them. Try something like this:
= COUNTROWS ( FILTER( ADDCOLUMNS( ALL(People[Name]), "@Percetenge", [Measure %] ), [@Percentege] > 1 ) )First build your people and % table, then filter it and at the end count it. I think you should ask for > 1 and not 100 if you are using the % formatting.
