Hi Everyone,
I am currently creating a report on Power BI Desktop which is refreshed and shared everyday by exporting to pdf. In one of the pages we have two tables that show a count of some services that took place the previous day. Since the row number in these tables will change from day to day, I left a space between these tables as you can see from the screenshot (marked in red). My supervisor wants to remove this space but this will lead to the top table displaying a scroll bar one a day when it has additional rows to show. Exporting this to pdf will omit the data in the table that is hidden under the scroll bar. Hoping there is a work around for this? I am open to trying other ways to display the data as well.

Hi @rishi11x ,
Based on the description, try to set a larger size in the Format properties.
Besides, try to put two tables into two pages.

Yes I think putting them in two pages is the only option. Do you know if Power BI can put two pages within one pdf page when it is exported to pdf?
Hi @rishi11x ,
Based on the testing, when exporting to PDF, each page in the Power BI report becomes an individual page in the PDF document. It is impossbile to export two page into one pdf page.
You can view the following document to learn more information.
